Agreement

By using Grove, you agree to these terms. Grove is provided by Grove Education Technology, based in Ontario, Canada.

Service Description

Grove is a communication and learning documentation platform designed for nature-based schools. The service includes observation capture, parent communication, document management, and learning portfolio generation.

Accounts

School accounts are created by school administrators. Parent and staff accounts are created by invitation from the school. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Content Ownership

Schools and families retain ownership of all content uploaded to Grove, including photos, observations, and documents. Grove does not claim ownership of user content. Families may export their child's learning portfolio at any time.

Acceptable Use

Grove is designed exclusively for educational documentation and school community communication. Users agree not to use the platform for purposes unrelated to the school community.

Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Grove complies with PIPEDA, COPPA, and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

Termination

Schools may terminate their Grove account at any time. Upon termination, families will be given a reasonable period to export their data. After the export window, school data is permanently deleted.
